I had a pretty similar situation with this business as the last reviewer. Back in October '22, I ordered something from them, but it never showed up. I tried to call for info, but the phone number was out of service, so I went for the website chat instead. It took a bit to get a reply, but eventually, I spoke to someone who seemed to be just making stuff up about my order and claimed there were no issues with their phone service. In the end, nothing came in the mail, but surprisingly, I did get my money back. Just thought I'd give a heads up to future customers here.

I’m not quite sure what’s gone awry, but it feels like this company has shut its doors. We’ve tried reaching out about an order we made over a month back—through email, by phone (which is out of service), and even on their site. Best to steer clear of doing any business with them.

Terrible support from the company - I reached out to them three times with a question about an Oliver furniture item since I was eager to make a big buy. Even after sending emails and making multiple calls, I got no reply at all. I definitely won't be suggesting this business to anyone. Consequently, I decided to take my money to Nubie, where I experienced fantastic customer service.

I got an XL Miffy lamp for my little girl's room. I reached out to MOOD via phone to clarify a few details about the item—the customer service was top-notch and they answered all my questions right away. After that, I placed my order before noon, and the Miffy lamp showed up the very next day without any issues. My daughter is absolutely in love with her Miffy lamp. Honestly, I hadn't heard of MOOD before this, but I'm really impressed and would totally recommend them.

I purchased the Oliverfurniture cabinet and ran into some trouble with one of the side panels during installation. So, I snapped some pics and shot an email to MooD. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what kind of help I’d get. To my delight, they got back to me right away with some really useful advice. When I still faced issues, I reached out again, and the owner called me first thing in the morning to assure me they were on the case and in touch with the manufacturer. Eventually, they even came over to check if they could assist with the installation or if I needed a replacement part. He managed to sort out the tricky problem, and after a bit of hammering, it was all set. Huge thanks for the quick, personal service and the reassurance that everything would be sorted out. I’ll definitely be ordering more from this place.
